THE ASK
Design a responsive E-commerce website on the subject of your choice. Design a brand identity for this fictional website, and include a logo system, navigation, header, footer, call to action, social media links, and appropriate photography within the website design meeting both functionality and aesthetics.
THE APPROACH
The fictional e-commerce website is focused on an online furniture store ‘Comfort Zone.’ This e-commerce store supports the brand offering of quality and comfort and is new, innovative, and modern. The landing page and responsive design showcases all shopping options, including a fall lookbook of current trends. The website also showcases their Instagram community and promotes a contest encouraging customers to interact with the store by posting photos of their space with the tag line #mycomfortzone creating a marketing campaign that will connect the company’s social media and website advertising. The website is designed to reflect the foundation of the brand. The communication goal and design elements showcased highlight these attributes while applying to the professional target audience.
